Limpopo Premier Dr Phophi Ramathuba has conveyed her condolences following the news that Dr Tshenuwani Farisani has passed away.
“We are deeply pained by the loss of a towering figure Dr Tshenuwani Farisani,” said Premier Dr Ramathuba.
“He was more than just a political leader, he was a moral compass, a man of faith whose courage helped shape the democratic landscape of our country, a father to many of us.”
“He raised us to be the leaders we are today, always on the side of the poor, marginalised and the downtrodden. We know him as the man who continued to advocate for justice to be served for the victims of the VBS saga until his last days. Limpopo is mourning a son who gave his all for our people. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Farisani family, the church and all those who had the privilege to walk this journey with him.”
