Limpopo bank employee uses client details to apply for loan
Former bank employee Rachel Tsakani Bloko (38) appeared in the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court, Limpopo on Tuesday, 23 September 2025, facing fraud charges.
Bloko is accused of using clients’ personal details without their consent to apply for personal loans amounting to over R 130 000 in her name.

The victims reportedly discovered the loans only after the bank notified them of unsettled accounts.
She was arrested on Monday, 22 September 2025, following a warrant issued after investigations by the Provincial Commercial Crime Investigation Unit.

The court granted her R5 000 bail, and the case was postponed to 24 October 2025 for further investigation.
