Search for missing Limpopo teenager

Police at Nebo in Sekhukhune District have launched a search operation after the disappearance of 15-year-old Keletso Surprise Mamaile from Riverside. Mamaile went missing on Friday, 14 February 2025.

The victim came back from school at about 16:00 with her friends. She went out with them and never returned home until the next day.

On Saturday, 15 February 2025, at around 17:00, the victim’s parents started to search for her at nearby places. It is alleged that Keletso was seen with friends at Jane Furse Plaza, where she was offered a lift by an unknown vehicle. The family searched without any success.

On Tuesday, 18 February, Koketso’s parents went to Rebone High School to check if she was at school, she was not attending her classes. At the time of her disappearance she was wearing a black Jean trouser and black T-shirt.

A joint search operation by SAPS Jane Furse and Nebo  was conducted with no success. Police request anyone who knows the whereabouts of Keletso to contact Detective Warrant Officer Nchetseng on 082 7100 866. Crime Stop number 08600 10 111 or also MySAPS App.
