Some evidence presented during the bail hearing alleges that Shebeshxt forged a victim’s signature on an official case-withdrawal document in one of his cases.
After state prosecutor Kgaogelo Lekoloane completed his examination, the court ordered more time for proceedings, giving the defense lawyer Lot Ramusi the platform to cross-examine.
However, magistrate Godfrey Netshiozwi has postponed the bail hearing, keeping the musician behind bars until 10 December 2025, when the matter will return to court.
