Putco to Operate 500 Buses for ZCC Moria Easter Pilgrimage
Bus company Putco says it will operate close to 500 buses for the Zion Christian Church’s, ZCC, Easter pilgrimage to the Moria Holy City in Limpopo.
This marks the return of the significant ZCC Easter pilgrimage religious event after a five-year hiatus due to COVID-19 restrictions.
In previous years, Putco typically dispatched close to 800 buses for the pilgrimage. However, this year’s event will follow a phased approach, with around 50% of the usual operations in place.

“Furthermore, Putco has upgraded its technology, with its Monitoring Control Centre now fully equipped to live-track all buses using advanced GPS tracking and live-feed cameras.
“This will ensure a smooth journey and allow for early warning alerts and quick response to any unusual situation on the road,” they said.
