They have received support from many South Africans who have contributed in different ways since their story started making headlines. After riding for 12 days, the boys are only left with 320km before they can reach their destination.
After three days of a knee injury, Max [The Goat] can not temporarily continue with his trip and will be receiving immediate medical attention. Like any other team, if a player gets an injury the team mates continue with mandate,” wrote DJ Karri who has been travelling with the trio.
“But like any resilient team, when one rider is down, the mission carries on. His brothers are still pushing forward — fuelled by purpose, unity, and heart.
“Rest day for the boys while waiting for Maxwell “The Goat” to recover, we will continue again tomorrow [Sunday],” he added.
