Limpopo missing children rescued from mountain cave
Three missing boys, aged 9 to 10, were found alive and safe in a mountain cave in Sehlakwane Village, Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality in Limpopo on Tuesday.
The boys were reported missing after it was alleged that they were in the company of a 19-year-old man in the early hours of Monday.

They were eventually found dehydrated after tireless efforts and collaboration with the Police and Sekhukhune District fire-fighters.
The boys have been taken to the hospital for medical attention while police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding their disappearance.

Mayor of Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality, David Tladi, has expressed heartfelt gratitude to the community members of Ward 15 for their efforts in locating the three missing boys.
“We are happy that the boys have been found safe and sound, and we appreciate the community’s support and cooperation with the authorities,” said Mayor Tladi.
“We understand that the community’s frustration and anger are natural, but we urge everyone to allow SAPS the necessary space to conduct their investigation.”
The Mayor also commended the SAPS for their diligent work in tracing the missing children and ensuring their safe return.
He urges parents and guardians to remain vigilant about their children’s whereabouts and safety, especially during these times. He is expected to visit the family of the missing children on Wednesday.
