He was assisted to the dressing room by a club official before reportedly collapsing. He was subsequently taken to hospital, where he spent the night. Polokwane City went on to lose the match 1-0.
Speaking after the match, assistant coach Mkhuseli Sentane said Moloto had been battling a heavy bout of flu before the game. The coach is reportedly in good spirits and recovering well.

“Before we came here, he caught a very heavy flu,” said Sentane at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
“But because he’s a strong man, he said no, he won’t miss the match. He will come and be with us. But unfortunately when we were sitting there and trying to give instructions to the players then it became serious.
“So that’s why he was taken [to the dressing room]. I just want to wish him a speedy recovery. So that he can come back with us. Let’s hope that he is fine because it’s just the flu.”
