Limpopo musician Kharishma making strong recovery
The family of popular Limpopo musician Melita Mogale, widely known as Kharishma, has confirmed that the artist is making significant progress in her recovery following the serious car accident she was involved in on 31 October 2025.
In a media statement released on behalf of the singer, the family said Kharishma has reached an advanced stage of recovery and continues to receive medical care and support as she works towards regaining full health.

The family also announced that Kharishma has received multiple nominations at the Basadi in Music Awards. Her hit song Wa Inama has been nominated for Music Video of the Year and Song of the Year, while Kharishma herself is in contention for Dance Music Artist of the Year.
According to the statement, the nominations have motivated the singer during her rehabilitation journey and strengthened her determination to return to the music industry.

The family thanked fans and supporters for their continued love and encouragement, while also appealing for privacy as Kharishma focuses on her healing and recovery.
