Four people were killed in R81 Lemondokop accident
Four People were killed when a bus collided with a Kia sedan on the R81 at Lemondokop, Sekhusese in Limpopo in the early hours of Saturday, 25 April 2026.The crash took place at approximately 03:40.
Four fatalities were reported from the sedan—three males and one female. The bus driver, who was the sole occupant of the bus, sustained serious injuries.

The road has since been cleared and is now fully reopened to traffic following recovery operations.
Law enforcement, traffic officials, and emergency services responded promptly to manage the scene. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
The Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety has extended its sincere condolences to the families of the deceased and wishes the injured a speedy recovery.
