UL confirm first-entering students registration

The University of Limpopo has announced that registration for first-time entering students for the 2026 academic year will open on Thursday, 22 January.

All newly admitted students are encouraged to complete their registration early to secure their placement in their respective academic programmes.

Registration for first-time entering students will continue until Friday, 30 January 2026, after which no registrations will be processed during the normal registration period.

So, students are asked to make sure that all required documents are prepared and submitted on time.

For those who may miss the normal registration window, late registration for first-time entering students will open on Monday, February 2, 2026, and will close on Friday, February 6, 2026.

Late registrants are advised to make use of this final opportunity to finalise their registration for the 2026 academic year.

Meanwhile, the University has also strongly warned the public to be cautious and avoid falling victim to such deceptive practices.

This period often sees an increase in fraudulent activities by scammers posing as University officials.
