Evangelist Coetzee left Cape Town in March and arrived in Musina on Monday, 27 October 2025. He has been on the road for nearly seven months and had already covered over 2,000km since setting off from Signal Hill in Cape Town on 16 March.
After taking a rest, Coetzee will depart from Musina on Monday, 03 November 2025, through the Beitbridge Border Post and walk through Zimbabwe and other African countries to his destination, the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, Israel.

A brief ceremony where Coetzee will exchange the South African flag for the Zimbabwean one will be held at Beitbridge Border Post on Monday, 03 November at 10:00.
“I’m walking for our country, South Africa, and for the continent of Africa. People are weary. I sometimes see people come to this cross and cry,” said Reini.
This is not the first time Reini has undertaken such a journey. On a previous occasion, he walked from Cape Town to Beitbridge, just across the border.
