Burnt body of a woman discovered in Limpopo bushes

Police at Matlala, Limpopo, are requesting members of the community to assist in the identification of a woman who was found dead and burned at Ga-Magwai village on Wednesday, 15 October 2025, at about 18:00.

The deceased’s body was found burned on both legs, arms, and on the face, lying on the ploughing field.

The deceased, estimated to be aged between 25 and 40, had short hair and was wearing red tights with a white shirt sleeve shirt and a black pull-over without shoes. The deceased’s identity has not yet been established.
