Limpopo promotes its offerings to the World at WTM Africa 2025
Limpopo Tourism Agency’s [LTA] participation with provincial tourism products in the 2025 World Travel Market [WTM] Africa held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 09th –11th April 2025 was not in vain.
The Limpopo delegation was led by the Board Deputy Chairperson, Grace Sibara, supported by the CEO, Moses Ngobeni.
This year, Limpopo took 14 products, 10 small, medium and micro enterprises [SMMEs] and four established products to give them market access.

World Travel Market Africa delivers the leading global events for the travel industry. It is one of the six shows in the WTM portfolio.
The Africa Show was launched in 2014 under the Africa Travel Week umbrella. Over 6000 travel industry professionals participate annually on the platform. The WTM Africa is mirrored along events such as WTM London and the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai.
“LTA’s participation in this platform will no doubt enhance Limpopo’s chances of being the leading tourism destination in Southern Africa,” said LTA CEO Moses Ngobeni.

“We will use this show as another enabler for brand positioning and destination marketing to drive more tourists to destination Limpopo. Our role as an entity is to market destination
“Limpopo as a leading tourist and travel destination of choice. The tradeshow is another opportunity to continue telling Limpopo stories to the world through our 14 products that we have taken to this show,” he added.
Annually the event welcomes nearly 62000 delegates from the travel industry globally and in the region. Over 3000 of these delegates are trade visitors [buyers] from 70 different countries. It also attracts over 550 exhibitors.
“We used this platform to interact with buyers and the media from various parts of the world,” concluded Ngobeni.
