Situation calm in Nkowankowa, for now…
Normal life seems to have resumed as the situation has become calm in Nkowankowa, Tzaneen in Limpopo following a shutdown for the past few days.
Residents of Nkowankowa and surrounding areas had staged a protest with businesses, schools, and public transport brought to a standstill.
They cite the four-hour daily power cuts, load reduction targeting specific areas, and a worsening water crisis as causes of their frustration.
