THE PREMIER OF LIMPOPO DR PHOPHI RAMATHUBA HAS OPENED TWO NEW SCHOOLS
“I call upon every community member and resident to vigilantly look after these assets and to report any act of vandalism,” said Dr Ramathuba.
“Together, let us forge a Limpopo that is resilient and safe from criminal activities. As your government, we remain steadfast in our commitment to support our communities. Today, we celebrate not only the completion of two vital educational institutions but also our promise to build more schools, ensuring that every child has access to quality education.
“Let these schools be a beacon of hope, a symbol that when we invest in education, we invest in the future of our nation. Let these institutions serve as a luminous guide, inspiring generations to come. I leave you with the words of Nelson Mandela, who once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” May this truth continue to guide our actions and our policies.”
The opening of the schools also comes a day after MEC Mavhungu Lerule-Ramakhanya officially handed over newly built schools on Monday. Lerule-Ramakhanya presided over the opening of Wayeni Primary school in Vhembe West education District and MR Mamaila primary school in Mopani East education District.
