According to Capricorn FM News, EFF chief whip in council Tsheko Malepe filed the complaint on Tuesday this week. This is after he received evidence from the tracker report which he says exposed shocking movements of the speaker’s car after office hours and on weekends.

Malepe told the radio station that he also saw Shoba using the state car during political campaigns, and even being driven around in November last year during the by-elections in Roossenekal.
He says they currently don’t know the whereabouts of the car after they received allegations that it was involved in an accident while the speaker was allegedly on an unofficial trip.
Municipal spokesperson Thabiso Mokoena declined to issue a comment and said they were waiting for correspondence from the Public Protector’s office.
Vincent Shoba has served as the chairperson of the ANC Youth League in Limpopo.
