Limpopo man arrested after car sale deal murder
A Limpopo man has been arrested for the murder of a victim who sold him a Ford Ranger bakkie which he still owed an additional amount of cash to settle the payment.
The deceased allegedly had an appointment with the suspect when he met his untimely death at Morwasetla village, Mopani District.

The deceased was reportedly found with a gunshot wound on the forehead. The incident took place on 06 January 2024.

A murder case was opened and police investigations were conducted until the suspect was subsequently apprehended on Saturday 4 January 2025 during an intelligence-driven operation executed in Mopani District by the members of Provincial Murder and Robbery Unit, Tzaneen Tracking Team and Mopani District Tracking Team.
The 42-year-old suspect, a resident of Matipane village will appear before Bolobedu Magistrate court soon facing a charge of murder.
