Two thieves arrested for stealing cellphones at Makhadzi Show
Police in Limpopo have arrested two thieves for cellphones stolen at the Makhadzi One Woman Show at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday. Makhadzi, real name Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona, filled up the stadium to capacity in Polokwane.
The event has been hailed as a success by those who witnessed it and also those on social media platforms.

But it did not go without some issues as there were reported incidents during the show. This includes the organization in terms of tickets as well as stolen cellphones.

Two male suspects aged 26 and 30 were arrested for possession of suspected stolen phones. This is after members of Public Order Policing [POPS] received a complaint about a series of stolen cellphones from the revellers at the venue and an immediate manhunt of the unknown suspects commenced for their apprehension.

“A 26-year-old suspect was found in possession of two cellphones and his 30-year-old accomplices with twelve cellphones,” Police said.
“Some of the victims managed to identify and recover their cellphones at the local police station.
“The suspects are expected to appear before the Polokwane Magistrate court soon facing a charge of possession of suspected stolen property.”
